Releasing Fears

We all have fears of one sort or another.  Some are obvious others lie more subtly hidden from direct view, existing nevertheless whether semi-consciously or subconsciously.  The fact that these fears are not in plain view does not make them any less potent in our lives.  On the contrary they leave us being controlled by attitudes and beliefs we are not fully aware of and therefore cannot choose to change or accept.

Focus of the Meditation

During the meditation, let your Higher-Self guide you to an area of fear that you hold within you that you are not fully aware of.  Bring that fear into your awareness, experience how it makes you feel, how it impacts your life.  Look closely at your fear allowing yourself to become aware that it is a mirage that you have chosen to cling to.  Are you ready to release the fear?

Meditation Reflection

Fear comes disguised in many forms and manifests through behaviours and thought patterns that may not readily be discerned as fear-based.  It is indeed worth pursuing this awareness in your personal meditations.

Go deep within to extract the threads of various fears dealing with each through compassion.  In all matters take the gentle way even with self.  Be not rough with the self yet be vigilant in observation and the search for discernment of your inner workings.

The gentle touch succeeds in all.
