FROM PERSONAL DEVELOPENT TO PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION

PEACE IN THE WORKPLACE:

  • Enlisting Peace in the Workplace: A hands-on interactive & empowering workshop that gives participants an opportunity to reflect on the drivers of harmonious work environments, & gain practical knowledge on specific steps they can take to increase their peace in the workplace.
  • Managing Your Triggers: Understanding the upside & downside of ego & learning how to get the most from our ego in order to be highly effective at work & in our personal lives.

THE POWER OF OUR THOUGHTS & ATTITUDES:

  • Glass Half Full, Glass Half Empty: Self-talk sometimes undermines our confidence. The workshop raises awareness of one’s attitudes & internal dialogue & shares techniques for building positive thinking & behaviour leading to greater self-assurance & wellbeing.

SELF-AWARENESS & SELF-EMPOWERMENT:

  • Evolving & Revolving: A journey of self-discovery & transformation offering participants practical, easy to use methods for: stimulating self-reflection & taking the pulse on how one’s present looks; getting in touch with one’s attitudes & values; identifying desired changes; & putting together a personal plan of action.  Includes a resource workbook for each participant.
  • What’s Your Story: A journey of discovering one’s richness & depth through the use of a workbook developed for this workshop to expose participants to three approaches to unpacking & reflecting on their life stories.
  • From Daydreams to Plans: An empowering workshop which provides a framework through which to: get clear on one’s day dreams/projects; understand the triggers of resistance/procrastination; & figure out how to make one’s goals take flight.  Includes a resource workbook for each participant.

MEDITATION/MINDFULNESS:

  • The Practice of Meditation/Mindfulness: Classes for beginner, intermediate & advanced levels on meditation/mindfulness with an opportunity for discussion, Q & A, & practicing different techniques.
  • An Orientation to Stillness: This session focuses on the meaning of stillness, its benefits, & various approaches to it, with an opportunity for participants to share their experiences with stillness.
  • Setting Up Meditation Groups: Assists organizations/groups to set up a regularly scheduled meditation group by providing initial support & guidance to enable groups to eventually take over running the sessions.

UNDERSTANDING FORGIVENESS:

  • Letting Go of Grudges & Grievances: A freeing & healing workshop experience through the exploration of forgiveness - what it means, the misconceptions about it, what’s in it for a person when they choose to forgive, & the steps involved in forgiving.
