End-of-Life
An end-of-life doula is someone who provides coaching, guidance and support to assist a person who is dying and their loved ones. Essentially, an end-of-life doula can facilitate the process of dying and death through a variety of services.
The end-of-life services which I provide are focussed on helping people to come to terms with change, impermance and loss as well as dispelling fears of dying and death and reframing the experience as one that can be filled with grace and meaningfulness. To that end, I assist people to find peace in dying and death; developing legacy projects and rituals to honour a life; and general guidance on community resources and procedural aspects. My website also offers resources that can assist a person who is dying and/or their loved ones as well as those who are wishing to explore the subject:
- three, free workbooks designed to engage you in self-reflection and self-awareness;
- access to my YouTube channel of recorded guided visualizations;
- recommended reading.
For end-of-life services I can be reached via my website “contact” tab.
