Guided Meditations

Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a beginner, you’ll find these virtual meditations to be quick, easy and impactful!  Designed to lift your spirits, help keep you in a positive frame of mind, and give you a tool for self-care and good mental health, each meditation begins with a brief set of instructions followed by a 5 to 10 minute guided meditation.
